Highlights Metro Moms Week In NYC
Mayor Bloomberg Proclamation to Honor Pre-Mother's Day Banquet at NYC Rescue Mission on Saturday, May 10th.
500 moms & kids from the local NYC shelter charter bused from Manhattan / Brooklyn, VIP Volunteers.
The day before Mother's Day, near the end of Metro Moms Week (proclaimed by Mayor as May 5-11) homeless metro moms/ kids will get red carpet treatment at the Mission's 6th Annual Mother's Day Banquet Charter buses will escort 400 mothers & children from 5 shelters in Manhattan & Brooklyn to the Mission throughout the day; while there, guests will be feted with flowers, elegant dining, live music, and a gift bag as they depart.

Saturday, May 10 @ 11:30am-7pm; press conference @ 11:30am.
1st seating: 11:30am-1:00pm
2nd seating: 1-2:30pm
3rd seating: 2:30-4:00pm
4th seating: 4-5:30pm
5th seating: 5:30-7:00pm
